Our client based in Swindon is looking to recruit a Payroll Specialist on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract basis. Youll be responsible for ensuring prompt and accurate payroll payments, as well as providing key statistics to support the Payroll Operations Team Leader and assisting them to resolve ad hoc queries. job role:
Building a culture of customer service Ensuring monthly BACS payment are correctly processed Inputting and checking payroll payments. preferred skills: Payroll expereince within a large orgainisation and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Ideally you will need to have a solid understanding of statutory legislation such as SMP, SSP, SAP SPP and Payroll processes of Tax and NI. Youll also be proficient in Payroll practices and applications, with the very best standards of customer service and a real knack for problem-solving. Able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels. Ideally, a strong working knowledge of MS Office and Oracle software.
