Our client, a well established company based in Reading are now looking to bring onboard a German Speaking Telemarketer to join their busy and successful team. This is an interesting and versatile opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in Sales/Account Management.

Working as part of the Telemarketing Client Services Team your primary responsibility will be to call on behalf of international well known companies and liaise with senior decision markers about their IT and business requirements. You will need to be able to talk to Manager/Director level and confidentially gather information.

Whilst on the telephone you will be required to build strong business relationships with your prospect clients and to identify business needs and to understand their corporate strategies. To do this you will need to do outbound telemarketing (conducting research and information gathering over the phone), Inbound Telemarketing (receiving inbound calls and emails - qualifying and processing their requirements and business needs), Event Support (recruiting attendees for a client`s event), Database Management and Analysis and attending Client Meetings as necessary.

Skills/Competencies Required:

Must be fluent in German at business level - spoken and written
You must have a resilient and persistant nature
Must have excellent time management and communication skills
Must have good business awareness/acumen
Must be very accurate and have excellent attention to detail
Experience in sales/telesales/telemarketing desirable
Must also be fluent in English both spoken and written

Hours are 8am to 4:15pm Monday to Friday (45 minute lunch breaks). Pay rate circa £8.50 per hour. Starting ASAP on an on-going basis.

Based in Reading, parking available.
