up to £95,000 (70/30)+car allowance

The role
Lead the development and proactive communication of the UK & Ireland marketing strategies initiatives and plans
Recruit train develop supervise and motivate employees of the marketing team to meet the company’s long term objectives.
Design the organisational structure of the marketing team; define responsibilities, reporting lines and performance criteria for employees. Plan , organize and monitor the work of the marketing team, set objectives and evaluate the team performance
Drive and oversee the brand development of the company and develop and implement marketing programs together with corporate marketing to enhance the brand story
Direct the UK and Ireland marketing events. Manage allocation of UK & Ireland resources
To local marketing activities and contribute to the strategy as part of the management team

Competitive salary package up to £95,000 (70/30) + car allowance £5,400
25 days annual holiday + Bank holidays + 0.5days holiday for each year service to a maximum of 30
