Quote and Licence& Configuration Specialist
Reading £20,000 + £10,000 Bonus
Our client is a specialist IT distributor. Due to their continued success and internal promotions are now seeking to recruit a Quote and Licence configuration Specialist to play a key role in supporting the Sales cycle by providing customer quotations to resellers across a range of specified vendors. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Sales role gained within the IT Industry security or virtualisation .

The Role: * Architecting customer solutions, utilising support from professional
services if needed.
Generating quotations for customer accounts and Account
Managers.
Validating all quotes to meet the customers requested requirement.
Ensuring all quotes are uploaded onto the In-house system with all
relevant information added.
Assisting with customer technical queries and problems.
Liaising with Vendor technical help desks to fulfil customer
Configuration requirements.
Training customer personnel in the use of Vendor configuration tools
Attending vendor and in-house training courses to ensure skill levels
are maintained. Qualify
Qualifying the opportunity for which the quote is required.
Qualifying when the opportunity is likely to close.
Checking quotes against customer purchase orders.
Person * IT Sales experience
Benefits: * Excellent salary package up to basic £20,000 and commission scheme up to £10,000
21 days holiday rising to a maximum of
25 with length of service
